Event Marketing Specialist

Piper Companies is looking for an Event Marketing Specialist to join a global events and talent-marketing organization located in San Jose, CA to support digital marketing initiatives and a wide range of internal and external events that enhance branding, engagement, and early-career program experiences. The ideal Event Marketing Specialist will be willing to travel up to 30% including hybrid work in San Jose, CA.

Responsibilities for the Event Marketing Specialist:

• Support and promote a diverse portfolio of events, including recruiting events, early-career programs, intern activities, assessment centers, offsites, and internal experiences.
• Assist with digital marketing efforts, including paid social campaigns, event promotion strategies, and developing creative ideas to drive engagement across multiple audiences.
• Analyze marketing and campaign metrics to deliver meaningful insights that help guide future strategy.
• Partner with cross-functional teams and event stakeholders while helping coordinate logistics, timelines, content, and event communications.

Qualifications for the Event Marketing Specialist:

• 0-1 year of experience in marketing
• Must be eligible to work in the United States and obtain and maintain an Active U.S. Government Secret Clearance.
• Experience supporting or running paid social campaigns (LinkedIn, Facebook, etc.).
• Ability to interpret data, performance metrics, and reporting to support campaign readouts.
• Knowledge of digital advertising strategies, emerging channels, and creative engagement tactics.
• Strong organizational, communication, and collaboration skills with the ability to support multiple projects at once.
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field preferred.

Compensation/Benefits for the Event Marketing Specialist:

• Salary Range: $50,000-$60,000 annually, depending on experience.
