MUST BE A U.S. CITIZEN - This position is located at a facility that requires special access. The selected candidate must possess an active Secret clearance to start.
Basic Qualifications:
• Bachelor's or above Degree in an Engineering Discipline
• Experience in airframe structure design and analysis
• Experience with metallic and composite design
• Experience with CATIA V5 and or 3DX
Desired Skills:
• Experience with GD&T (Geometric Dimensioning and Tolerancing)
• Experience working with LM BAs
• Experience interacting with suppliers, external customers and Production Operation
• MRB coordination and support
• Experience with hand stress analysis
• Experience with hypersonic boost-glide systems
Security Clearance Statement: This position requires a government security clearance, you must be a US Citizen for consideration.

Schedules range from standard 40 hours over a five day work week while others may be condensed. These condensed schedules provide employees with additional time away from the office and are in addition to our Paid Time off benefits.
Schedule for this Position: 4x10 hour day, 3 days off per week

What You Will Be Doing

- Lead integration and design synthesis across aerodynamics, structures, propulsion, thermodynamics, electronics, controls, and actuation.
- Support and conduct multi-disciplinary system trade studies to optimize performance and cost.
- Coordinate with fabrication, assembly, MRB, quality, and supply-chain teams to ensure smooth production operations.
- Generate and present technical and administrative materials for customers and internal stakeholders.
- Mentor early-career engineers and champion One-LM culture across cross-functional teams.
