You will be the Facilities Engineer for the Facilities Engineering team. Our team is responsible for planning, designing, and executing the transformation of Lockheed Martin's physical assets to support mission-critical operations.

Basic Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree from an accredited college in engineering or related experience.
- Facilities engineering experience
- Proficient in communication and coordination between Program Leadership and Contractors.
- Must be a US Citizen
Desired Skills:
- Lockheed Martin facilities engineering experience
- Project Management experience
- Experience working in a production environment
Security Clearance Statement: This position requires a government security clearance, you must be a US Citizen for consideration.
Clearance Level: Secret

What You Will Be Doing
As the Facilities Engineer you will be responsible for delivering safe, cost-effective, and schedule-driven facility solutions that enable our programs to succeed.
Your responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:
- Lead planning and design of facility reconfigurations, ensuring compliance with specifications, regulations, and mission requirements.
- Conduct feasibility studies and develop detailed cost estimates for equipment, installation, labor, and materials.
- Coordinate with architecture and engineering firms to create design criteria, layout, and detailed construction drawings.
- Prepare bid packages, evaluate proposals, and manage contracts for construction and facilities acquisition.
- Oversee construction inspections to verify adherence to drawings, specifications, and project schedules.
