Broad experience designing, implementing, and troubleshooting:
Cisco UC Suite (CUCM, Unity, Expressway, CMS, etc.)

The selected Unified Communications Engineer will support enterprise‑grade voice, video, and networked communication systems. Responsibilities include:
1. Network Architecture & Physical Design
Develop and implement the physical design and architecture of:
-LANs
-WANs
-VoIP networks
2. Unified Communications Engineering
-Assist and lead the design and implementation of Cisco Unified Communications products.
-Support software upgrades and enhancements for existing Cisco voice deployments.
3. UC Systems Deployment & Optimization
-Deploy, troubleshoot, monitor, and optimize enterprise:
-IP telephony
-Voice solutions
-Video collaboration
-Mobility solutions
4. Operational Support
-Provide senior‑level support for day‑to‑day UC system operation.
-Partner with engineering teams to solve complex voice/video issues.
