Foxhole is seeking a qualified Business Intelligence Analyst to support data-driven decision-making in close coordination with Government stakeholders. This role focuses on analyzing data, developing reports and dashboards, and delivering actionable insights within an Oracle-based analytics environment, including Oracle APEX.

Job Description

• Review, validate, and analyze data to ensure accuracy and consistency
• Develop and maintain reports, dashboards, and analytics solutions within Oracle Apex environment
• Partner with Government stakeholders to define reporting requirements, KPIs, and success metrics
• Review analytics and performance metrics to identify trends, risks, and opportunities
• Prepare analytical reports and presentations for executive leadership and Government stakeholders
• Identify trends that may impact mission outcomes and the information environment
• Translate analytical findings into actionable recommendations
• Develop and document processes for data collection, analysis, and reporting
• Support data governance and reporting best practices
• Support BI solutions across all phases from requirements gathering through implementation and sustainment

Minimum Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in business intelligence, data analytics, reporting, or a related field
• Strong SQL skills for querying, validating, and analyzing data
• Experience building reports and dashboards using Oracle Analytics Cloud (OAC) or similar tools
• Experience supporting reporting within Oracle APEX or similar BI/reporting platforms
• Experience with data visualization and communicating insights through reports and dashboards
• Ability to work with multiple data sources and validate data accuracy and integrity
• Familiarity with data governance, privacy, and security best practices
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
• Active Secret clearance
• Continental and Oversees travel may be required. You must maintain a current passport

Desired Experience/Certifications

• Bachelor's (BS) degree
• Familiarity with cloud-based data environments (OCI and/or AWS)
• Experience working with Oracle BI Administration Tool (RPD) for semantic modeling and data source configuration
• Experience using JIRA or similar tools to manage analytics work
