This position is part of the Department of Defense Civilian Acquisition Workforce Personnel Demonstration Project. The NH-04 broadband level encompasses positions equivalent to GS-14 and GS-15. This position has a control point; thus the salary range may be capped at GS-15, step 05, which is equivalent to $191,850. If you're current salary is above this amount, your salary may be matched.
This position is covered by the Department of Defense Priority Placement Program.
Several vacancies may be filled.

- You will execute the role of Foreign Disclosure Officer evaluating and processing requests for release of Controlled Unclassified Information to AUKUS partners, ensuring compliance with NDP-1, DoD directives and U.S. Navy's Foreign Disclosure Manual.
- You will execute the role of Foreign Disclosure Officer evaluating and processing requests for release of Classified Military Information to AUKUS partners, ensuring compliance with NDP-1, DoD directives and U.S. Navy's Foreign Disclosure Manual.
- You will provide oversight and management of Foreign Disclosure Officers (FDOs), Foreign Disclosure Representatives (FDRs), and Foreign Visit Analyst (FVA) to ensure processes and procedures adhere to security cooperation policies
- You will develop, update, and implement TSFD policy solutions to support AUKUS I and A security cooperation efforts across all program phases, ensuring compliance with US export control laws, ITAR, and Arms Export Control Act (AECA).
- You will provide input US Navy Technology Transfer Security Assistance Review Board process.
- You will provide analysis and recommendations for all aspects of security cooperation policy and agreements related to the sale and transfer of U.S. submarine technology, including articles, services, and data, ensuring alignment with AUKUS mission.
- You will coordinate with NAVSEA, DSCA, NIPO, DTSA, OPNAV N3/N5, OSD, and foreign embassy personnel to facilitate authorized TSFD processes under existing security cooperation agreements.
- You will conduct security cooperation policy reviews, provide research, analysis and recommendations for International Programs.
- You will provide training and guidance to AUKUS I and A personnel on foreign disclosure procedures, security cooperation policies, classification markings, and safeguarding of sensitive information, compliance with U.S. and international regulations.
- You will prepare presentations, reports and meeting agendas for senior leadership, facilitating decision-making on technology security, foreign disclosure matters, export controls and security cooperation initiatives supporting the AUKUS partnership.
