The Administrative Assistant supports North American Aerospace Defense Command (NORAD) on the Integrated Tactical Warning/Attack Assessment (ITW/AA) and Space Support Contract II (NISSC II). The candidate will:
This position is expected to pay $55,000 - $60,000 annually; depending on experience, education, and any certifications that are directly related to the position.
This position will be filled and work onsite at Colorado Springs, Colorado
This position is expected to last 6 months with the potential of becoming permanent.

- Vandenberg Space Force Base, California

Description of Duties:
The Administrative Assistant supports North American Aerospace Defense Command (NORAD) on the Integrated Tactical Warning/Attack Assessment (ITW/AA) and Space Support Contract II (NISSC II). The candidate will:
- Provide non-routine administrative assistance of substantial variety and complexity.
- Serve as an organizational authority, in areas of administrative responsibility.
- Develop, recommend, and implement timely completion of functions to satisfy the company's requirements, which may include scheduling of material, man-hours, or information services.
- Close liaison is established and maintained with internal organizations, customers, and external firms or agencies.
- Will provide administrative support to the General Manager's Office, Finance Team and other Functional areas within the NISSC II Program.

- Must have a HS Diploma (or GED) and a minimum of 3 years or more of general work history.
- Must have 2 years or more of directly related experience
