Koniag IT Systems, LLC a Koniag Government Services company, is seeking an Operations Officer- Mission Support with an active TS/SCI security clearance to support KITS and our government customer in Falls Church, VA.

Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Operations, Management, Military Studies, National Security, or related field.
- 7-9 years (Mid) or 10+ years (Senior) experience in DoD operations, planning, program execution, or mission coordination roles.
- Demonstrated ability to operate in complex, multi-stakeholder environments with competing priorities. - Experience establishing and managing project schedules, execution tracking, and risk registers.
- Strong leadership presence with the ability to translate senior intent into executable tasking.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, including briefing senior Government leadership.
Responsibilities:
- Direct and synchronize daily program operations across functional teams.
- Establish and manage program battle rhythm, stand-ups, and execution reviews.
- Translate leadership intent into actionable tasking and priorities.
- Identify, track, and mitigate operational risks and execution issues.
- Serve as the primary operational coordination point with Government leadership and mission partners.
- Prepare operational briefs, SITREPs, and decision-support materials.
