Job Description
The EPAWSS (Eagle Passive Active Warning and Survivability System) Program, part of the TacAir Product Line, is one of ECS's most strategic program portfolios. EPAWSS is currently being installed on F-15E and EX platforms domestically under contract with Boeing. Beyond these U.S. based contracts, EPAWSS, in combination with modules from STORM EW™, provides the basis for the system that supports ECS's Extreme Electronic Warfare (EWX) strategy. At the forefront of that strategy are a set of international programs within the TacAir Product Line. Japan Super Interceptor (JSI) is currently under contract with Boeing for EMD, with further funding imminent for Lot 1 and an additional country later this year. This role will join the F-15 International product area, focusing on JSI.
The Operations Program Manager plays a key role in developing the program strategy and plans to successfully execute both Development and Production. This role will provide Operations leadership for all Operations execution activities, both non-recurring and recurring throughout the program execution phase, future proposals and/or statements of position, as well as planning activities and baseline/re-baselining required. The TacAir International portfolio of programs is highly visible both internally with senior leadership as well as externally. This role requires a skilled and experienced OPM that has previous experience and demonstrated performance with development and production programs, including Cost Account Management on CPFF and FFP contracts. A successful candidate will thrive in high intensity environments, be flexible with dynamic change, and is willing to go above and beyond to keep our customers satisfied.
