Job Description

As a Security Officer Perimeter Patrol Security Clearance in Chandler, AZ, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Aero/Defense, and more. As an Unarmed Patrol Officer at a leading aero and defense location, you will conduct routine patrols, support access control checkpoints, and help to spot and report security-related concerns. You will stay visible, communicate clearly with employees and visitors, and document activity to support site operations. What You'll Do:

• Provide customer service to all personnel and visitors by following Allied Universal security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and emergency response activities as needed.
• Respond to alarms, incidents, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, and promptly notify site leadership and/or emergency services when appropriate.
• Conduct regular and random foot patrols of production, office, and perimeter areas to help to deter unauthorized activity and identify hazards, suspicious conditions, and/or policy violations.
• Support access control at entry points by checking identification and/or credentials, processing visitors, and coordinating required escorts in controlled areas.
• Complete detailed reports and logs of patrols, incidents, and daily activities, and communicate relevant information using radios, phones, and/or site systems.

Minimum Requirements:

• Have at least 2 years of security-related experience.
• Have an active DoD Secret clearance.
• Be at least 21 years of age.
• CPR and/or First Aid certification is preferred and may be completed post hire.
• Access control and/or badge experience is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.
