Overview
Job Title: Deputy PM / Program Operations Manager (PM Alternate)Location: Arlington, VA Overview:Mano Lani is seeking a Deputy PM / Program Operations Manager to support the National Guard Bureau (NGB) J5-J in managing Enterprise Task Management System 2 (ETMS2) tasks, compiling stakeholder data, and preparing reporting deliverables. The role requires coordination across NGB staff, analysis of tasks, and timely preparation of reports to support senior leadership and operational requirements. Mano Lani is an exceptional industry partner to the Department of Defense (DoD) and a leader in physical and cybersecurity, IT management, logistics, supply chain management, process improvement and development. Key Responsibilities: ETMS2 Task Management: Analyze, initiate, and execute ETMS2 tasks; prepare required documentation including electronic Staff Summary Sheets (eSSS) and task instructions; coordinate with NGB staff to consolidate input; complete approximately 500 tasks annually, ensuring less than 2% are late. Data Collection & Analysis: Gather and compile stakeholder comments and data from NGB-J5 divisions, State entities, and other stakeholders.- Track and resolve issues using Comment Resolution Matrices and surveys; submit completed datasets within two business days of collection Monthly Status Reports: Prepare reports covering contract information, funding and invoicing, task status, quality assurance measures, on-site labor, travel summaries, and overall task completion within five days following each 30-day performance period. Trip Reports: Document travel events including purpose, objectives, observations, recommendations, action items, and travel costs.- Submit complete Trip Reports within five business days of travel, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirem

Required Skills & Qualifications:BA/BS degree in a relevant field7-10 years of professional experience in task management, reporting, or related operational support rolesStrong analytical, organizational, and written communication skillsExperience coordinating with multiple stakeholders and synthesizing input into actionable outputsProficiency with ETMS2 or similar task management systems and Microsoft Office suite.
