Job Summary
The Program Manager will provide comprehensive program management oversight, quality control, and technical coordination for all activities defined in the PWS. This role is responsible for ensuring successful planning, execution, reporting, and risk mitigation across all OpenText, Box.com, and Salesforce integration initiatives within a DoD environment.
The Program Manager will oversee technical approaches, manage key project dependencies, coordinate necessary resources, and ensure the contractor team meets all schedule and performance requirements. Responsibilities also include delivery of required program documentation, weekly status reporting, and continuous communication with stakeholders.

Job Summary

Responsibilities also include delivery of required program documentation, weekly status reporting, and continuous communication with stakeholders.
Responsibilities
- Provide end-to-end program management for all tasks specified in the PWS.
- Deliver oversight for all technical approaches, ensuring alignment with performance and schedule requirements.
- Manage key project dependencies, resource needs, and integration points across multiple platforms and systems.
- Oversee quality control activities to ensure all deliverables meet government standards.
- Provide implementation supervision and validation of solutions involving:
- OpenText (Content Server and AppWorks)
- Box.com
- Salesforce platforms
- Coordinate with cross-functional technical staff to ensure seamless system operation and integration
- Provide structured and timely reporting, including Weekly Status Updates
Experience
- Minimum 5 years of experience managing DoD OpenText products, including:
- Content Server
- AppWorks solutions
- Minimum 3 years of experience integrating Box.com and Salesforce applications.
- OpenText Business Consultant Certification
- Project Management Professional (PMP) Certification
- National Archives and Records Administration (NARA) Certified Records Manager
or Artificial Intelligence Information Management Certified Records Manager - Training, experience, and/or certification with:
- Box.com
- Salesforce 24.0 and/or previous versions
Required Skills
- Strong understanding of DoD records management, information governance, compliance, and secure cloud platform usage.
- Demonstrated experience providing full-spectrum program management in complex, multi-system enterprise environments.
- Expertise overseeing project schedules, technical dependencies, and cross-functional resources.
- Ability to identify risks early and implement mitigation strategies.
- Excellent communication, documentation, and stakeholder engagement skills.
Desired Skills
- Experience working within DoD cloud environments, system migrations, or enterprise modernization initiatives.
- Familiarity with OpenText architecture, AppWorks workflow design, and content lifecycle management.
- Knowledge of enterprise change management processes and configuration management.
- Experience coordinating with technical teams (system administrators, developers, cybersecurity personnel) to ensure unified delivery.
