Overview

CommIT Enterprises, Inc. is seeking a Program Engagement Manager to support program teams and customers by ensuring they have the organizational resources, communication, and corporate support necessary to deliver successfully.

The Program Engagement Manager is responsible for engaging directly with CommIT program teams and customer stakeholders to ensure programs have the organizational support, resources, and coordination necessary for successful execution. This role serves as an independent representative of CommIT, meeting regularly with Program Managers, technical leads, and team members to understand program needs, identify potential barriers to execution, and facilitate resolution through appropriate corporate channels.

Working outside the program reporting structure, the Program Engagement Manager provides leadership with objective visibility into program support requirements, customer engagement, and emerging risks. This role collaborates closely with Program Managers to reinforce delivery success while avoiding duplication of program management responsibilities or authority.

The Program Engagement Manager also participates in selected customer engagements to maintain alignment, strengthen relationships, and ensure continuity between program teams and corporate leadership. This role focuses on proactive engagement, helping identify and address issues early to support consistent program performance and customer satisfaction.

In addition to delivery support, this role contributes to company-wide initiatives that strengthen CommIT's culture, recognition programs, and legacy efforts.

Established in 2001, CommIT is a Certified Veteran-Owned Small Business (VOSB) providing innovative technical engineering and data science services. Our enterprise systems support includes the Department of Defense's (DoD) GCSS-MC, CAC2S, TBMCS-MC, and the Department of Veteran's Affairs' (VA) telehealth communications. We offer acquisition management, systems engineering, Agile software development, cloud management, IT modernization, data analytics, cybersecurity, and training, including leading-edge DevSecOps, automated testing, and mobile application development.
