Responsibilities

The Systems Integrator will support the Infrastructure Services Engineering Division (ISED) by providing systems integration and integrated portfolio project support. The Systems Integrator will provide the Sponsor with division-level systems integration to include programmatic understanding of relationships, dependencies, and requirements of ISED projects, end-to-end project management support, and other front office initiatives.

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to the following:

  • Assist in the preparation of mission focused strategic plans and reports
  • Create and/or modify comprehensive briefing packages
  • Maintain Project Management Plans
  • Stay abreast of all project activities
  • Brief at the Division- and Group-level PMRs
  • Assist in the identification, tracking, responding, and completion of action items, using the Agency's current corporate tool (TaskIT)
  • Track and monitor ISED projects and initiatives, assist with the coordination of project schedules, and capture meeting minutes. Assist with assessing, documenting, and tracking program requirements, and follow-on technical exchange meetings (TEMs)
  • Coordinate, conduct, and attend weekly project meetings with the leadership and engineering teams
  • Coordinate briefings with Mission Partners and corporate Staff (Briefing Circuit)
  • Compose and maintain correspondence documentation such as status reports and executive-level communications
  • Work independently and among a team with minimal supervision to address roadblocks and deliver results in a timely manner or provide the most relevant course of action
  • Track division procurements to ensure renewals of hardware and software occur in a timely fashion
  • Facilitate schedules for physical equipment installs
  • Serve as Vault Custodian
  • Serve as the (secondary) Response Officer for Account Property for the division
  • Serve as the primary POC for the REDS project, including serving as the primary POC for the ISED Office Hours

Qualifications

  • Must possess and be able to maintain a TS/SCI clearance with Polygraph
  • BS 10-12, MS 8-10, PhD 5-7
  • Plan and coordinate program management process activities and leverage experience to recommend and implement streamlined, efficient, and effective business processes
  • Respond directly to inquiries when appropriate or take action to facilitate resolution of a range of inquiries and concerns related to the supported mission.
  • Track assigned actions to ensure completion and response
  • Provide oversight of activities by monitoring progress to ensure organization principals are aware of all task statuses.
  • Ability to assist in the preparation of management plans and reports
  • Ability to maintain correspondence suspense files, records, files for reports, operating procedures, internal memorandums, and compose correspondence
  • Ability to compose technical documents including user's manuals, training materials, installation guides, proposals, and reports
  • Manage internal business actions, identify internal and external dependencies and apply decision analysis to ensure tasks and action progress at a rate commensurate with organizational operations tempo.
  • Facilitate engagement sessions with partners and lead related forums
  • Develop standard operating procedures and associated documentation
  • Provide consolidated portfolio and risk management reporting by working with PMs to deliver executive-level reporting across activities
  • Provide data analysis to identify opportunities for efficiencies
  • Develop and recommend long-range plans to accomplish office goals and collaborate in strategic planning for future years.
  • Construct and maintain background documentation on programmatic and resource analyses, discussions, thinking, and decisions to aid the Sponsor's resource management continuity.
  • Provide backup support to the administrative officer
  • Manage and coordinate responses for corporate actions

Desired Qualifications:

  • Strong oral and written communications and interpersonal skills; strong attention to detail.
  • Demonstrated experience with the MS Office Suite with the ability to prepare technical and non-technical briefings and presentations for use at the executive level.
  • Proactive with a demonstrated experience multi-tasking in a fast-paced and demanding technical environment.
  • Demonstrated experience and solid understanding of long-range strategic planning in a large organization, change/transition management, portfolio management and financial management.
  • Demonstrated intellectual rigor and professional expertise to brainstorm new ideas and identify appropriate industry and Sponsor best practices.
