Peraton's Defense Intelligence Solutions (DIS) Operating Unit is seeking a dynamic Program Manager to take the helm of our SITE III Joint Intelligence Operations Center (JIOC) Community of Interest (COI) Task Order.

Target Salary Range: $146,000 - $234,000. This represents the typical salary range for this position. Salary is determined by various factors, including but not limited to, the scope and responsibilities of the position, the individual's experience, education, knowledge, skills, and competencies, as well as geographic location and business and contract considerations. Depending on the position, employees may be eligible for overtime, shift differential, and a discretionary bonus in addition to base pay.

Qualifications
Required Qualifications:
- Proven Leader: Bachelor's degree in an area relevant to the position with 12+ years of relevant experience, including 8+ years as a PM in the Intelligence Community.
- Mission-Driven: Deep understanding of systems engineering lifecycle and intelligence operations.
- Clearance Ready: Active TS/SCI with active polygraph or ability to obtain a polygraph
- Strategic Thinker: Exceptional communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
- Advanced degree in Systems Engineering or related STEM field.
- PMP certification and Security+ (or equivalent).
- Experience with DIA CIO, JIOC, and intelligence collection management.
- Agile/SAFe software development program management experience.
