- Have a Bachelor's degree or years of experience equivalent to a Bachelor's degree in systems engineering, software engineering, computer science, information technology/systems or equivalent.
- Experience writing Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs)
- One of the following IAT Level II certifications: CCNA Security, CySA+, GICSP, GSEC, Security+CE, CND, or SSCP

- Master's degree or higher in systems engineering, software engineering, computer science, information technology/systems or equivalent.
