Core Responsibilities

Achieve ATOs for software deployments across multiple U.S. Government customers with minimal oversight.
Partner with engineers to analyze systems, interpret security requirements, and plan effective security control implementations.
Provide outstanding customer service, policy expertise, and high-quality security documentation.
Serve as the primary on-site point of contact for one or more U.S. Government customers on cybersecurity and compliance matters.
Independently interpret vulnerability scan results from tools such as ACAS (Tenable Nessus) and SCAP (STIG benchmarks), and manage Plans of Actions and Milestones (POA&Ms) through remediation.

Strong ability to interpret and communicate U.S. Government cybersecurity policy to technical and non-technical audiences.
Proven ability to multitask and perform under pressure using strong time management and organizational skills.
Experience working in both traditional on‑premises environments and cloud environments such as Amazon Web Services (AWS).
Hands-on experience accrediting IT systems against U.S. Government standards including NIST SP 800‑53, CNSSI 1253, and DISA STIGs using frameworks such as DoD RMF, ICD 503, or DIACAP.
Proactive mindset with the ability to identify potential issues early and propose creative, practical solutions.

What We Require

Active U.S. DoD Top Secret clearance with SCI eligibility.
Active DoD 8140 or 8570 certification (e.g., CISSP, Security+).
Active IAT II certification.
Minimum of 2 years’ experience directly supporting a customer’s ATO/RMF process.
Demonstrated experience using accreditation management tools such as eMASS or XACTA.
Ability to work on-site at the customer location five days per week.
