Description:What You Will Be Doing:
This position supports the operations of US government depot repairs for F-35 spares. LM Aero is responsible for establishing the infrastructure to manage, maintain, and provide technical support for depot level maintenance and repairs. Lockheed Martin shall also support the United States Government (USG) in achieving USC Title 10 compliance. To achieve this objective, the candidate will:
-Serve as the team lead for all component repairs at Air Logistic Complexes (ALCs) to include Warner Robbins (WRALC), Ogden (OOALC), and Tinker (OCALC)
-Provide support for depot component repair operations, assist with resolution of constraints impacting the scheduled throughput of depot level field return repairs
-Evaluate depot level component repair processes and effectively communicate areas of opportunity for gains in efficiency to support fleet readiness and meet S rate contractual requirements
-Work with cross functional F35 sustainment modeling teams to analyze and deliver a comprehensive multi-year depot repair forecast
-Work with cross functional teams to analyze supplier/depot data to assess depot repair capacity
-Work with cross functional teams to validate annual labor and material funding availability to support depot level repairs
-Monitor material stocking levels and generate replenishment requisitions within allocated budget to meet depot repair needs
-Monitor source of repair actions, identify constraints, and initiate deliberate actions to drive down Repair Turnaround Time (RTAT) to achieve and exceed desired RTAT targets.
-Track and report status of repair actions throughout the repair process.
-Support quarterly partnership briefings and monthly customer briefings

Basic Qualifications:
-Generally has 5+ years of related experience and may have a post-secondary degree or training in a related discipline.
-Experience with Microsoft Office Suite
-Familiarity with supply chain management, logistics, or repair management principles
-Defense Industry/Military Supply experience
-Experience briefing leadership and customers
Desired Skills:
-SAP Experience
-Experience working on the F35 or similar defense program
-Experience with material management and supply chain principles
-Understanding of repair processing and logistics
-Excellent communication skills (written & verbal)
-Ability to work under pressure in a high pace environment
-Exceptional organizational and planning skills with prior experience managing complex tasks and suppliers.
-Experience leading a small team
