Basic Qualifications:
-Bachelors or Masters degree in an Engineering or related STEM discipline
-Exhibit business professionalism and values
Proficient skill level with Microsoft Office applications: Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
-Effective communication and presentation skills (both written and verbal) and be able to effectively communicate and interact with Technical Operations, Manufacturing, and other stakeholders.
-Capable of performing root cause analysis and identifying solutions to complex problems.
-An understanding of audit techniques.
-Ability to interpret drawings and specifications.
-Ability to obtain a Secret security clearance
Desired Skills:
-Knowledge of Lean Manufacturing techniques/ Green Belt Certification
-Knowledge of data analytics / statistics with ability to perform under minimal guidance
-Experience with control and disposition of non-conforming Material (Material Review Board)
-Understanding of Tableau, Pareto Analysis and Statistical Process Control
-Knowledge of AS9100D Quality System and pertinent Quality practices.
