You will be the Program Management Staff, F-35 Sustainment - Level 4 for the F-35 Sustainment Program Management Office which is responsible for delivering global sustainment services and hardware capability.

What You Will Be Doing

As the Program Management Staff, F-35 Sustainment - Level 4 you will be responsible for executing the SAHW RMIP contract scope, building and protecting customer relationships, and driving integrated delivery across a multi-disciplinary enterprise.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Develop and maintain valued customer relationships while delivering on cost, schedule, and technical performance commitments.

  • Coordinate enterprise-wide integration and delivery with the Customer, Lockheed Martin Business Areas, F-35 PMOs, Aero Functions, and the Supply Base.

  • Lead a team of Control Account Managers and Project Managers through capture, negotiation, baselining, execution, and closeout of assigned contract scope.

  • Oversee the execution of SAHW RMIP contract scope.

  • Ensure continuous sustainment capability across global sites, aligning resources to meet mission objectives.

Further Information About This Opportunity

MUST BE A U.S. CITIZEN - This position is located at a facility that requires special access. The selected candidate must obtain an Interim Secret clearance prior to start.

Basic Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree or higher

Experience managing large value and complex programs/projects

Experience leading large scale enterprise solutions, including multiple business entities, suppliers, customers, and large functional teams

Experience in complex decision making and problem-solving

Experience communicating with senior customer and company levels of leadership.
Desired Skills:
F-35 Program Management experience

Sustainment Leadership experience

ERP/SAP experience

Full spectrum leadership proficiency and demonstrated success energizing teams while openly collaborating and enabling their best performance.

Adept in leading and shaping organizational culture

Previous or Current Control Account Management (CAM)

Ability to Work Remotely: Part-time Remote Telework: The employee selected for this position will work part of their work schedule remotely and part of their work schedule at a designated Lockheed Martin facility. The specific weekly schedule will be discussed during the hiring process.
Work Schedules: Lockheed Martin supports a variety of alternate work schedules that provide additional flexibility to our employees. Schedules range from standard 40 hours over a five day work week while others may be condensed. These condensed schedules provide employees with additional time away from the office and are in addition to our Paid Time off benefits.
Schedule for this Position: 4x10 hour day, 3 days off per week
