Description:The Contractor shall provide a Systems Administrator Lead to provide the Sponsor with a single POC to oversee and document administration, management, and provisioning of environments, accounts, permissions and roles, and profiles required for the development, O&M, and use of the Sponsor's systems and applications.
Basic Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Information technology, Computer Science, Cybersecurity, Computer Engineering, or Information Systems and three (3) years of combined experience in IT systems administration, IT systems/software development and integration, IT systems/software testing, cybersecurity compliance, IT systems troubleshooting, and incident response OR High School Diploma and five (5) years of combined experience in IT systems administration, IT systems/software development and integration, IT systems/software testing, cybersecurity compliance, IT systems troubleshooting, and incident response
- Demonstrated two (2) years of experience in system administration of systems of similar scope and complexity
- Demonstrated six (6) years of experience in application design, development and deployment of classified IC systems of similar scope and complexity
- Four(4) years of combined experience in AWS C2s or C2E environment cloud systems administration, containerization, cloud environment management, and compliance assessments
- Experience with SecDevOps tools, such as CI/CD, code repositories testing suites
- Experience providing troubleshooting support for IT systems withing the IC environment
- Certified in AWS or equivalent cloud technology
- Experience with object oriented programming language, designing and administering relational databases, NoSQL data solutions, IT system/software testing and configuration management practices
- Experience using IT operational status tools of AWS and implementing IT operations situational awareness insight using monitoring and logs, such as Splunk dashboards, ElasitcSearch, ServiceNow
Desired Skills:
- Experience with Agile requirements management and sprint planning for technical TI development teams
- Masters Degree in any of the above diciplines
- Security+, Certified Information Systems Security professional, or equivalent
