Description

The Senior Cyber Operations Integrator will lead the delivery of cutting-edge technical solutions by ensuring cyber capabilities are successfully incorporated into operational environments. This position is critical in advancing SAIC's objectives by supporting high-quality integration processes and technical demonstrations that meet mission requirements.

The Senior Cyber Operations Integrator is responsible for driving the integration and demonstration of advanced cyber capabilities. This role focuses on ensuring the seamless incorporation of new tools and technologies to achieve SAIC's mission objectives. The individual will lead integration efforts, troubleshooting capability performance issues, and support technical demonstrations designed to validate operational readiness and effectiveness.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute integration plans for new cyber capabilities, aligning efforts with SAIC's technical and operational objectives.
• Lead the demonstration of advanced capabilities, ensuring functionality, operability, and compliance with established requirements.
• Oversee the integration of systems, tools, and processes into broader technical ecosystems, ensuring seamless functionality and collaboration.
• Identify and resolve performance challenges during capability demonstrations, implementing effective solutions to enhance usability.
• Provide guidance to project teams, ensuring that integration timelines and quality standards are met.
• Document capability integration processes and produce deliverables such as user guides, technical reviews, and lessons learned.
• Conduct testing, evaluation, and reporting to ensure that new capabilities meet technical and mission-critical performance metrics.

Qualifications

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelors and fourteen (14) years or more experience. Additional experience or certification may be accepted in lieu of a degree.
• Active TS/SCI clearance is required.
• Expertise in system and tool integration processes, ensuring functional alignment between technical components.
• Extensive experience with testing, evaluation, and demonstration of cyber-related tools and technologies.
• Strong troubleshooting skills related to integrating complex systems in fast-paced operational environments.
• Knowledge of secure systems engineering principles and compliance with cybersecurity directive
• Experience leading cyber capability demonstrations and integration efforts for technical teams.
• Knowledge of advanced cyber tools, systems, and operational needs to ensure effective integration strategies.
• Proven ability to document and communicate complex technical processes and results to diverse audiences.
• Familiarity with modern integration frameworks, architectures, and methodologies.

Target salary range: $160,001 - $200,000. The estimate displayed represents the typical salary range for this position based on experience and other factors.
