Our client is an award winning global integrator supporting a major branch of our Armed Forces. They have a need for a Senior Workflow Consultant. In this role you will provide advisory and administrative support to senior logistics, engineering, and force protection leadership by managing office workflows and task management systems, delivering leadership briefings and meeting materials, and overseeing the assignment, tracking, and completion of action items. This opportunity is 100% on-site in the Washington D.C. area.
Per our Federal Government Contract, candidates must be U.S. Citizens with an ACTIVE SECRET CLEARANCE.
Responsibilities
Manage task workflows by overseeing assignments, tracking progress, monitoring deadlines, and ensuring work products are complete and properly routed within the task management system.
Support leadership communications by participating in meetings and forums and by coordinating, developing, and delivering briefings, slides, after-action reports, and meeting minutes for senior leaders and stakeholders.
Collaborate across organizations by working closely with functional experts and key stakeholders to coordinate inputs, resolve issues, and align efforts across teams.
Required Skills:
MUST HAVE TMT/ETMS2 experience (3+ years)
Ability to communicate confidently with senior stakeholders and foster client relationships (3+ years)
Ability to organize and digest complex technical processes to help determine how said processes impact larger strategy (1+ years)
Ability to operate within and contribute to meetings, independently
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Active DoD Secret Clearance
Bachelors Degree Required
Preferred Skills:
Ability to build strong client relationships in person and remotely (3+ years)
Strong ability to work cross-functionally and collaborate with stakeholders (3+ years)
Analytical, communication, problem solving, and time management skills (3+ years)
Compensation:
W2 Hourly rate: $45 - $55. Pay rates are based on experience, qualifications, location, and certifications, and are subject to change at any time.
