The Counter-AI Acquisition & Logistics Analyst (Mid) provides acquisition, contracting, and lifecycle sustainment support for Department of War programs focused on countering adversarial artificial intelligence threats. This position ensures AI-enabled capabilities are procured, fielded, and sustained with enforceable safeguards against manipulation, compromise, and misuse.

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and support acquisition strategies aligned with FAR, DFARS, and DoDI 5000 series guidance.
- Draft and review PWS, SOO, CDRLs, IGCEs, and CLIN structures for AI-related efforts.
- Provide rapid acquisition and contracting support for high priority experimentation and prototyping efforts.
- Prepare logistics support plans for test events and deployments.
- Advise on logistics-related AI capabilities.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Acquisition Management, Business, Engineering, Computer Science, Data Science, or related field (Master's preferred for Senior tier).
- 5-7 years (Mid) or 8+ years (Senior) experience supporting DoD acquisition, contracting, logistics, or program management efforts.
- Demonstrated working knowledge of FAR, DFARS, DoDI 5000 series, and Adaptive Acquisition Framework pathways. - Familiarity with AI/ML concepts, AI lifecycle risks, and adversarial AI threat vectors.
- Experience drafting or supporting PWS, SOO, CDRLs, IGCEs, and CLIN structures.
- Familiarity and experience with OSW (A&S) or JS J4 and CCMD logistics.
Clearance Requirement:
- TS/SCI security clearance required.
