Qualifications
Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience equivalent to the next lower grade level GS-13 or pay band in the federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate performing duties such as: 1) Serve as the subject matter expert on matters related to countering uncrewed systems across multiple domains including uncrewed underwater vehicles (UUV), uncrewed surface vehicles (USV), uncrewed ground vehicles (UGV), and uncrewed aircraft systems (UAS); 2) Manage new and innovative solutions designed to provide safety and security to critical assets and infrastructure related investments (including personnel) and provide recommendations on risk decisions affecting operational readiness; 3) Assess and report on the full spectrum of branch activity, projects, initiatives, and regularly proposes fundamental changes to improve the process; 4) Advocate for critical infrastructure and installation level safety and security protection investments; and 5) Develop policy and executes the Navy's risk management process.

- You will address Planning, Programming, Budgeting, and Execution (PPBE) issues concerning policy, program management, and assessments.
- You will assess and report on the full spectrum of branch activity, projects, initiatives, and regularly proposes fundamental changes to improve the process.
- You will utilize a knowledge of various technological solutions and employment of CUXS protection measures and apply it towards developing and proposing plans, courses of action, and risk management initiatives.
- You will provide oversight of other expert analysts within the Shore CUXS command structure through clear and concise task delegation and coordination.
