Intelligence Analyst III

Celestar, a B&A Company, is currently seeking an Intelligence III Analyst to join our team in support of the U.S. Army Intelligence Security Command (INSCOM), Army Security Office (ASO), Army Research and Technology Protection Center (ARTPC), and Support Services to include Science & Technology Protection Plans (S&T PP) and Program Protection Plans (PPPs), critical technology reviews, and threat/mitigation plans.

Responsibilities
  • Conduct All-Source intelligence analytic assessments on the impact of compromised cyber data on Army technologies and programs.
  • Produce and deliver Incident Reports (IR) and coordinate, track, compile, and produce ARTPC Intelligence Impact Statements.
  • Respond to Request for Information (RFI) from Government Security Specialists and Contractor Engineers.
  • Review Army Damage Assessment Reports' Case Data and conduct initial analysis of compromised cyber information.
  • Coordinate tasking with various entities, including CIDA Triage (DC3), NCIJTF, United States Army Counterintelligence Command (USACIC), CIDA, National Ground Intelligence Center (NGIC), CIDA, and the DoD Chief Information Officer (CIO) Defense Industrial Base (DIB) Cybersecurity (CS) CIDA.
  • Conduct CI analysis and produce a CI assessment addressing the impact of compromised cyber data on Army technologies and programs.
  • Produce quarterly and annual CIDA reports covering trends, ongoing activities, and findings.

Education and Experience
  • Bachelor's Degree or 8 years of additional intelligence analysis experience.
  • Eight (8) to ten (10) years of experience as an intelligence analyst.
  • Valid US Passport required

Required Skills
  • Working understanding of computer network terminology and architecture, familiarity with computer forensic terminology/techniques, and knowledge of the NIST cybersecurity framework and standards.
  • Exceptional oral and written communication skills.

Security Clearance
  • Active Top Secret clearance with SCI eligibility
