Description
We are looking for a skilled SAP S/4HANA Sourcing & Procurement Trainer to lead end-user enablement and support organizational transition from SAP SRM to SAP S/4HANA. This role will focus on delivering effective, role-based training, developing learning assets, and guiding users through new processes, tools, and system changes to ensure a smooth adoption experience.
Responsibilities:
- Deliver engaging SAP S/4HANA procurement training, with emphasis on Fiori navigation, workflows, and user experience.
- Design and facilitate transition training that clearly communicates differences between SAP SRM and SAP S/4HANA processes, including rationale for changes.
- Translate legacy SRM activities (shopping carts, approvals, sourcing, collaboration) into corresponding S/4HANA processes such as requisitions, purchasing, contracts, goods receipt, invoice verification, and approvals.
- Develop realistic, scenario-based learning exercises ("day-in-the-life" journeys) covering standard operations, exceptions, and rework scenarios.
- Create comprehensive training materials including presentations, job aids, simulations, and hands-on exercises aligned to finalized system configuration.
- Build role-based curricula for requisitioners, approvers, buyers, receivers, and Accounts Payable teams.
- Produce updated learning assets highlighting terminology, field, and process differences between SRM and S/4HANA.
- Train users on Fiori tools such as search, favorites, and approval workflows, and provide limited SAP GUI instruction where required.
- Partner with functional, testing, and cutover teams to ensure training reflects current workflows, release strategies, and compliance controls.
- Prepare users for migration impacts, including open transactions, supplier readiness, and historical data access.
- Conduct hands-on labs and evaluate learner proficiency through practical assessments.
- Support go-live activities through train-the-trainer sessions, office hours, hypercare support, and rapid content updates based on user feedback.
- Minimum 3 years of experience delivering training on SAP S/4HANA implementations, with strong Fiori expertise.
- Solid understanding of procurement business processes and SRM-to-S/4 transformation projects.
- Proven ability to deliver effective end-user training in Fiori-based environments.
- Demonstrated skill in translating complex system processes into clear, practical, role-specific learning experiences.
