Project Overview:

Our client is leading a multi-year SAP S/4HANA transformation for a state-level transportation authority responsible for managing and modernizing toll-based roadway infrastructure and enterprise systems. This project includes the migration of ECC, SRM, and BW systems to S/4HANA.

Description:

We are seeking a skilled SAP S/4HANA EAM Trainer to lead the design and delivery of end-user training supporting the transition from SAP Work Manager to SAP Asset Manager within the SAP S/4HANA Enterprise Asset Management environment. This role is responsible for preparing users to confidently adopt new mobile-first processes and Fiori-based workflows through engaging, practical, and role-specific training experiences.

Responsibilities:

• Deliver end-user training for SAP S/4HANA EAM with a strong focus on Fiori navigation and mobile-enabled workflows.
• Design transition-focused training programs for users moving from SAP Work Manager to SAP Asset Manager, clearly outlining process and usability changes.
• Develop detailed task crosswalks mapping legacy Work Manager activities to Asset Manager processes, including notifications, work orders, confirmations, time entry, measurements, attachments, and related functions.
• Create comprehensive learning materials such as presentations, simulations, job aids, and hands-on exercises aligned with finalized system configurations.
• Train users on application navigation, search tools, filters, work queues, and core Asset Manager transactions.
• Explain online/offline capabilities, synchronization behavior, and troubleshooting techniques.
• Build role-based learning paths tailored to technicians, supervisors, planners, and dispatch personnel.
• Develop realistic field scenarios covering activities such as work execution, measurement capture, confirmations, photo documentation, malfunction coding, and order completion.
• Produce training deliverables including facilitator guides, quick reference materials, FAQs, and field tips.
• Collaborate with functional, mobility, and security teams to ensure training content reflects system configuration, roles, and authorizations.
• Support training environments and validate learner readiness through practical assessments.
• Assist with go-live readiness activities such as train-the-trainer sessions, office hours, hypercare support, and rapid content updates based on user feedback.

Requirements:

• 3+ years of experience delivering training for SAP S/4HANA implementations, including strong familiarity with Fiori interfaces.
• Solid understanding of SAP EAM business processes and mobile solutions.
• Hands-on experience with SAP Asset Manager.
• Demonstrated ability to translate configured system processes into clear, practical, and user-friendly training content.
