Our Deloitte Regulatory, Risk & Forensic team helps client leaders translate multifaceted risk and an evolving regulatory environment into defensible actions that strengthen, protect, and transform their organization. Join our team and use advanced data, AI, and emerging technologies with industry insights to help clients bring clarity from complexity and accelerate their path to value creation.
Work You'll Do
As a Project Delivery Manager on the project, you will:
o Leverage deep risk management experience (e.g., safety, programmatic, and financial risk) and awareness of federal/defense operating environments to assess the organization's current risk baseline, maturity, and pain points across components.
o Apply strong consultative skills and practical risk program experience to advise leaders and teams on risk identification, assessment, mitigation planning, and reporting-driving consistent processes that support enterprise objectives.
o Partner with senior client personnel to shape the vision for our client's first enterprise-wide Risk Management Solution, aligning decision rights, governance, and accountability to mission outcomes and leadership priorities.
o Develop cross-functional strategies that unify safety, programmatic, and (as approved) financial risk into a single framework and operating rhythm; translate requirements into an IT-enabled approach (dashboard) for leadership insight.
oParticipate in executive working sessions, strategic assessments, and design reviews with key stakeholders to validate the enterprise approach, confirm tool/technology alignment, and ensure high-quality, adoption-ready work products and dashboards.
The Team
Deloitte's Government & Public Services (GPS) practice - our people, ideas, technology and outcomes - is designed for impact. Serving federal, state, & local government clients as well as public higher education institutions, our team of professionals brings fresh perspective to help clients anticipate disruption, reimagine the possible, and fulfill their mission promise.
Our Enterprise Operations & Risk offering enables clients to achieve profitable growth and competitive advantage by optimizing "heart of the business" operations. Leverages deep domain expertise to extend enterprise resilience, agility and remediation. Addresses client needs which span the organization and impact strategy, operations, performance and reputation.
