Ten (10) years of combined in-service sustainment program management, "Navy ERP" financial management, system engineering, modernization, technical and shipboard installations/alterations activities-related experience. The Ten (10) years of experience should include at least five (5) years of experience leading projects that include financial management, planning, project/program control, HM&E engineering design, test and evaluation, modifications/alterations, risk management.
Working knowledge and direct experience of NSWCPD and NAVSEA SEA21 Programs and Fleet is r equired: Programs and Fleet experience leading projects in one or more of the following areas under the SEA21 program:
Modernization and Sustainment: Managing upgrades and maintenance for Small Combatant/Expeditionary ships (PMS 321), Large Surface Combatants (PMS 421), and Surface Training Systems (PMS 339).
In-Service Support: Providing engineering, maintenance planning, and technical services to enhance ship reliability, including the Surface Ship Readiness Initiative (SSRI).
International Fleet Support (PMS 326): Managing Foreign Military Sales (FMS), ship transfers, and follow-on technical support for partner nations.
Inactive Ships (SEA 21I): Handling the disposal, dismantling, and donation of decommissioned vessels.
Technical Services: support Hull, Mechanical, and Electrical (HM&E) systems, such as bridge integration and machinery alterations (MACHALTs).
