Position Overview
We're seeking an energetic, detail-oriented Operations and HR Administrator to support our corporate operations, HR functions, and drive employee engagement initiatives. This role is ideal for a professional who is eager to grow, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and wants hands-on experience across HR and operations. You'll work closely with our senior leadership team and gain exposure to multiple aspects of operating a dynamic business.
Key Responsibilities:
Operational Support
- Draft and send client agreements
- Complete new client setup process
- Create and maintain process documentation and standard operating procedures
- Support operational projects and continuous improvement initiatives
- Assist with data tracking, reporting, and administrative tasks
- Arrange travel arrangements as required
- Serve as point person for all employee needs (office supplies, computers, etc.)
- Update and maintain org charts and other corporate assets
- Help identify opportunities to streamline processes as the company grows
HR Administration
- Coordinate employee onboarding and offboarding processes, ensuring smooth transitions, working with our recruiting team
- Administer benefits programs and support open enrollment
- Update and maintain HRIS and employee records with accuracy and confidentiality
- Support compliance activities, training tracking, and recordkeeping
- Process HR-related paperwork and documentation
IT Vendor Coordination
- Serve as primary point of contact with IT vendor/managed service provider
- Coordinate equipment orders, tracking, and shipping for hires, terms and replacement assets
- Assist employees with IT support tickets and ensure timely resolution, serve as troubleshooting escalation for employees
- Track IT assets and maintain equipment inventory
- Support technology onboarding and offboarding processes
Employee Engagement
- Select and send employee birthday and anniversary gifts
- Prepare and send employee gift boxes
- Plan and execute company remote employee engagement activities
- Manage end-to-end planning for any in-person events including team meetings, leadership off-sites, etc.
- Support internal communications, including announcements, newsletters, surveys, recognition programs, etc.
- Manage internal corporate swag, including ordering, inventory, and distribute company branded merchandise (ability to store merchandise in home office required).
Qualifications:
Required
- 1-3 years of professional experience in HR, operations, or administrative roles
- Strong organizational skills with exceptional attention to detail
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion
- Adaptable and comfortable working in a dynamic, fast-paced environment
Preferred
- Bachelors Degree preferred but not required, or equivalent combination of education and relevant HR/operations experience
- Experience with HRIS systems and HR administration
- Background in employee engagement or culture initiatives
- Process improvement or project coordination experience

Physical Requirements:
- Ability to sit and work at a computer for extended periods
- Ability to lift and move packages up to 25 lbs
- Adequate space in home office for storing company merchandise inventory
