Role Overview
We are seeking an organized, detail-oriented Project Manager I to support the coordination of 10-15 small projects simultaneously. This role is ideal for candidates early in their project management career who thrive with variety, enjoy fast-paced environments, and want to develop strong project management skills. You will work closely with experienced team members while building the foundation for managing high-volume, parallel workflows.
Key Responsibilities
- Project Coordination Support daily operations, milestones, and deadlines for multiple small-scale projects running in parallel.
- Stakeholder Communication: Act as the primary point of contact for clients, providing rapid updates and managing expectations across multiple accounts.
- Documentation and tracking: Maintain accurate, real-time project status in tools like Jira, Asana, or Monday.com.
- Workflow Optimization: Identify bottlenecks in "small project" lifecycles and implement scalable processes to improve delivery speed.
- Resource Coordination: Liaise with internal teams (sales, ops, compliance, dev, etc.) to allocate time efficiently across competing project priorities.
Qualifications
Required:
- 12 years in project coordination, project management, or a high-volume administrative role.
- Exceptional multitasking and unflappability under pressure. You must be able to switch contexts rapidly without losing detail.
- Tools: Proficiency in project management software (e.g., Jira, Asana, or Monday.com) and communication tools.
Preferred:
- CAPM certification or working towards PMP
- Interest in or exposure to government contracting or compliance-driven industries
- Ability to work in fast-paced, high-volume operational environments

Compensation and Benefits:
- $65,000 $80,000 annually, commensurate with experience
