What will I be doing? - Providing expertise, guidance, consultation, facilitation, and thought leadership to the client and/or project team based on specialized in-depth expertise in such fields as: engineering and technology; policy and administration; planning; analysis; communications; business; and management
- Under the guidance of Government, acting as the interface between NGA and IC customers
- Reviewing and revising management and governance policies, instructions, standards, and best practices
- Identifying and supporting business processes improvements
- Producing written reports, presentations or other artifacts as required by the Government for each task assigned and supporting briefings and meetings to discuss recommendations
- Provides customer service, representational and written communication skills
- Building productive relationships with senior leaders, the general workforce, and other collaborating partners
- Preparing and delivering reports and briefings for senior leadership across NGA
- Facilitating cross-agency and cross-office engagements, through regular meetings of working groups at senior and action officer levels, and through ad hoc engagements as needed
- Supporting development and enforcement of national, IC, and NGA policies and regulations governing the licensing and operation of commercially owned remote sensing systems
- Preparing and delivering reports and briefings for senior leadership across the IC and Agency, as well as development and communication of associated messages and communication/outreach strategies
- Monitoring products and services throughout the life cycle; validates/verifies adherence to specified requirements through test and measurement activities; manages/leads quality assurance activities

You must meet the minimum requirements:
- Active Top Secret / SCI clearance
- At least 4 years of total experience, with 2 years of specialized experience
- Note: Academic degrees may be substituted for years of experience (2 years of school = 1 year of experience)
- Experience in the Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR), Defense Federal Acquisition Regulation (DFAR), IC and Commercial industries requirements in Contract Property Management, Property Accountability, including validating /verifying adherence to specified policies and regulations
- Experience collaborating with teams of subject matter experts, sharing knowledge with others, and working as a team member
- Experience advising and assisting with strategic planning and policy development, with a focus on providing expert strategic-level assistance
- Experience routinely interacting with senior-level personnel, including key component directors
