Senior Oracle Administrator (OIAM / Fusion Middleware / DBA)
Location: Remote supporting DC
Blue Rose Consulting Group, Inc. (Blue Rose) is seeking a Senior Oracle Administrator to support a federal client in designing, integrating, and sustaining Oracle Fusion Middleware services within Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI). This role is critical to maintaining secure identity management, middleware performance, and enterprise application stability in a mission-driven environment.
In this role, you will lead administration efforts across Oracle Identity and Access Management (IAM), Fusion Middleware, and related Oracle technologies. Your expertise will directly support secure authentication, system integration, and high-availability operations for federal systems.

In this role, you will lead administration efforts across Oracle Identity and Access Management (IAM), Fusion Middleware, and related Oracle technologies. Your expertise will directly support secure authentication, system integration, and high-availability operations for federal systems.
Responsibilities
As a Senior Oracle Administrator, you will:
- Build and integrate multiple Oracle Fusion Middleware services within Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI)
- Administer and support Oracle Identity and Access Management (OIAM) solutions
- Install, configure, maintain, secure, and performance tune Oracle Identity Suite environments
- Integrate Oracle Identity Management with Oracle E-Business Suite (EBS)
- Provide administration and support for Oracle Fusion Middleware components including SOA, WebLogic Server (WLS), and Oracle Enterprise Manager (OEM)
- Assist in defining technical requirements and support design, build, troubleshooting, and testing activities
- Support Oracle Analytics Cloud environments
- Perform Linux system operations supporting middleware and database platforms
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure secure, compliant, and resilient system architecture
- Contribute to capacity planning, optimization, and ongoing sustainment efforts
- Full-time (40 hours/week)
- U.S. Citizenship required
- Active Secret Clearance required
- Bachelor's degree required
- Minimum of 7-10 years of experience administering Oracle Identity and Access Management (IAM) tools
- Minimum of 7-10 years of experience with Oracle Fusion Middleware administration
- Minimum of 7-10 years of experience supporting Oracle Analytics Cloud
- Minimum of 7-10 years of experience with Linux operations in enterprise environments
- Minimum of 7-10 years of experience in Oracle Applications System Administration
- Strong understanding of Oracle Fusion Middleware products, architecture, and identity integration patterns
- Experience administering Oracle RAC databases
- Experience supporting Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI) environments
- Experience integrating Oracle IAM solutions with Oracle E-Business Suite (EBS)
- Experience supporting secure, high-availability federal enterprise systems
- Support high-impact identity and middleware systems for federal programs
- Work in a secure, enterprise-scale Oracle cloud environment
- Collaborate with experienced technical leaders on mission-critical systems
- Contribute to secure, scalable government IT modernization efforts
