Description:The Radars, Electronic Warfare & Acoustic Systems (REAS) strategy and business development (S&BD) organization is seeking a business development analyst. This position will primarily support the Acoustic Sensors & Weapons (ASW) sub-market segment and is designed to prepare the individual for a future customer facing business development or capture management role by exposing them to all stages of the RMS WIN Plan process and pairing them with BD leaders who will provide mentoring. The successful candidate will be able to easily and effectively partner with USW S&BD team and other functional stakeholders to learn and execute USW strategy and business development BD business rhythm and new business capture associated activities.
Basic Qualifications:
• Ability to understand and interpret requirements and develop campaign strategies
• Deal closer - highly effective at bringing tasks and projects to a successful and timely conclusion
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills necessary to clearly articulate strategies at multiple levels of business and government
• Demonstrated ability to execute multiple internal or external deliverables simultaneously
• Demonstrated ability to independently lead customer deliverables, workshops, demonstrations, exercises, and other shaping activities
• Team Player - effective at organizing and motivating
individuals in pursuit of common objectives. Must work well with broader C6ISR S&BD, PM, Engineering, Finance, Contracts, and Sourcing teams.
• Excellent communication, presentation and interpersonal skills with an ability to negotiate and work with a variety of stakeholders
• Insight into the competitive landscape of the undersea industry and demonstrated ability to assess approaches and likely strategies
• Ability to rapidly respond to changing environments
• Ability to gain a Secret clearance

For states not referenced above, the salary range for this position will reflect the candidate's final work location. Please note that the salary information is a general guideline only. Lockheed Martin considers factors such as (but not limited to) scope and responsibilities of the position, candidate's work experience, education/ training, key skills as well as market and business considerations when extending an offer.
