This position is part of the Department of Defense Civilian Acquisition Workforce Personnel Demonstration Project. The NH-03 broadband level encompasses positions equivalent to GS-12 and GS-13.

- You will serve as management advisor using a high-level of discernment and judgment to address a wide variety of interrelated subject matter requiring specialized ability to correlate and corroborate information into reports and records.
- You will execute program plans to achieve milestones and requirements for the full scope of activities associated with acquisition issues.
- You will provide long range plans for the cost, performance, schedule of diverse teams and acquisition efforts within the scope of assigned areas; exercises significant judgment and experience to establish priorities.
- You will establish and maintain working relationships with internal and external stakeholders to coordinate projects concerning the development, installation, integration, and testing, relative to the acquisition process.
- You will brief senior leadership and make recommendations based on findings.
- You will prepare coordinated reports, presentations and briefings in support of program actions.
- You will analyze requirements to develop program reporting including the specifications, data gathering and analytical techniques, and evaluation methodology.
- You will lead studies, surveys, reviews, and/or research projects to evaluate program accomplishments, effectiveness, and/or compliance with meeting specific goals, objectives, rules, and regulations.
- You will develop evaluation plans, metrics, procedures, and methodology as a result of studies performed.
- You will ensure program schedules are met within workforce and fiscal resources.
