Position Summary
Everfox is seeking an experienced Senior Product Manager to lead our portfolio of cross-domain solutions and hardware security products. In this role, you'll drive product strategy, roadmap development, and execution for products that enable secure information sharing across security domains while ensuring hardware-level protection against emerging threats.

The actual salary offered may vary within the range based on a candidates' unique experience, locale, and business needs. Job Title: Senior Product Manager

Position Summary
Everfox is seeking an experienced Senior Product Manager to lead our portfolio of cross-domain solutions and hardware security products. In this role, you'll drive product strategy, roadmap development, and execution for products that enable secure information sharing across security domains while ensuring hardware-level protection against emerging threats.
Key Responsibilities
- Own the end-to-end product lifecycle for specific products in our cross-domain and hardware security portfolio.
- Defining product vision and strategy aligned with market needs and organizational objectives, working closely with government and enterprise customers to understand their unique security requirements and compliance constraints.
- Translate complex technical security requirements into clear product specifications and user stories, balancing security rigor with operational usability.
- Work cross-functionally across the organization as you partner with engineering teams to prioritize features and manage technical tradeoffs, collaborate with solutions architects and sales engineering to support customer engagements and RFP responses, and coordinate with compliance and certification teams to ensure products meet required security standards including Common Criteria, NIAP, and other relevant frameworks.
- Engage with customers, partners, and stakeholders to gather requirements and validate solutions.
- Develop and maintain product roadmaps that address both near-term customer needs and long-term market evolution, conducting market analysis to identify competitive positioning and emerging opportunities in the cross-domain and hardware security space, and defining success metrics and KPIs to measure product performance and customer satisfaction.
Key Knowledge and Experience
- 7+ years of product management experience with at least 3 years focused on security products, ideally in cross-domain solutions, hardware security modules, secure enclaves, or related technologies.
- Demonstrated experience working with classified or sensitive government programs and understand the unique requirements of multi-level security architectures.
- Technical foundation that includes familiarity with hardware security concepts including TPMs, secure boot, hardware root of trust, and side-channel attack mitigation, along with knowledge of cross-domain solution architectures, guard technologies, and data diode implementations.
- Understanding of security certifications and compliance frameworks such as Common Criteria, FIPS 140-2/3, and you're familiar with relevant standards including IEEE, NIST, and NSA guidance.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills enable you to navigate complex technical and regulatory requirements, while excellent communication skills allow you to convey technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences.
- Thrive in ambiguous environments and can drive clarity and decision-making across distributed teams.
Highly Desirable
- An active security clearance is highly desirable.
- Technical background in electrical engineering, computer engineering, or computer science strengthens your ability to engage deeply with hardware security challenges.
- Experience with government customers provides valuable context for this role.
- Prior work on classified systems, or high-assurance platforms demonstrates relevant domain expertise, as does familiarity with supply chain security and hardware assurance programs.
