Sr Full-Stack Developer

We are seeking an expert-level Full Stack Developer to help architect, build, and evolve secure, scalable applications in a fast-paced Agile environment. In this role, you will work end-to-end across React and Java Spring Boot, partnering with engineers, architects, and stakeholders to deliver high-quality enterprise solutions.

This is a hands-on technical role with influence. You will help shape architectural decisions, apply modern design patterns, and elevate engineering practices while mentoring team members and driving continuous improvement. Our teams focus on building solutions that are maintainable, cloud-ready, and designed to scale as client needs evolve.

Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and maintain full-stack applications using React and Java Spring Boot
• Build and integrate RESTful APIs and microservices-based solutions
• Apply modern architectural patterns such as microservices, domain-driven design, and cloud-native development
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams in an Agile/Scrum environment
• Mentor junior developers and contribute to technical standards and best practices
• Support secure, compliant development aligned with federal and organizational requirements
• Participate in code reviews, design discussions, and continuous improvement initiatives

Qualifications:

• 8+ years of experience in software development or software engineering
• 5+ years of hands-on experience with Java Spring Boot
• 5+ years of hands-on experience with React.js
• Strong experience with RESTful APIs, JSON, and microservices architectures
• Working knowledge of Agile development methodologies
• Ability to obtain and maintain a Public Trust or Suitability/Fitness determination
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field

Nice to Have:

• Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud Platform
• Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines, Docker, and Kubernetes
• Knowledge of Section 508 accessibility compliance and secure coding best practices
• SAFe or other Agile certifications

Salary Range: $135K - $145K
Our final salary offer will be based on several factors, including depth of technical skills, work experience, education, certifications, and clearance
