Blue Rose Consulting Group, Inc. (Blue Rose) is seeking a Junior AWS Connect Developer to support a federal client in modernizing and enhancing cloud-based contact center capabilities.
In this role, you will contribute to the design, development, and integration of Amazon Connect solutions that improve service delivery, operational efficiency, and user experience across mission-driven programs. You will work within a collaborative DevSecOps environment to build scalable, secure, and automated cloud solutions.

What You'll Do
As a Junior AWS Connect Developer, you will:
- Develop and maintain Amazon Connect contact flows and integrations
- Build serverless applications using AWS Lambda and Python
- Design and manage integrations leveraging AWS services such as S3 and DynamoDB
- Support CI/CD pipeline implementation and automation, with Terraform preferred
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver secure, scalable cloud solutions
- Participate in code reviews, version control management using Git/GitLab, and Agile development processes
- Assist in troubleshooting and optimizing cloud-based contact center performance

Hybrid role - onsite support in Washington, DC required
Requirements
- U.S. Citizenship required
- Public Trust clearance required or higher
- 2 years of experience developing with Python
- 2 years of experience working with AWS services, including Lambda, S3, and DynamoDB
- Hands-on experience or academic exposure to Amazon Connect development
- Experience using Git or GitLab for version control
- Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines; Terraform experience preferred
