Job Summary:
B&A is looking for a Project Manager to join a contract with a federal government client in support of an important mission. The Project Manager will oversee and manage financial operations, scheduling requirements, staffing requirements, and integration efforts for project plan(s). You will communicate and integrate customers' goals and represent customers' interests to the project teams. The Project Manager will receive assignments in the form of specific project objectives and will be responsible for meeting pre-defined costs and target dates. You will provide progress report updates to upper management and Program Manager. You will be required to coordinate with and manage multiple projects and one or more group(s) of employees that support project needs. You perform in a direct people-management role requiring the review and evaluation of work performance of employees, making recommendations for promotions and terminations, and implementing and administering Company policies and procedures. The Project Manager will perform other reasonable duties as assigned.

Responsibilities:
- Oversee and contribute to project tasks to ensure project goals - including customer requirements, data quality, schedule, and budget - are consistently achieved.
- Perform training, performance evaluation, and mentoring of team members.
- Implement and administer company policies and procedures.
- Demonstrate effective written and verbal communication with team members, management, and customers.
- Prioritize multiple tasks and provide direction to team members in a dynamic geospatial production environment.
Education and Experience:
- Bachelor's Degree in Geography, GIS, or related field; or equivalent GIS mapping experience
- 7+years applicable experience.
- The ideal candidate will have experience serving as a project lead or key member of a similar production team environment.
Required Skills:
- This position is remote. All work must be performed in the U.S.
- Must possess a personal computer which will be used to login to the B&A network daily.
- Demonstrated knowledge of the Foundation GEOINT mission and the supporting products and services
- Extensive Geospatial experience with COTS tool sets like GeoMedia, ESRI, or FME
- Working knowledge of US Federal Procurements
- Ability to prioritize multiple tasks, provide direction to team, and multi-task in a fast-paced geospatial production environment
- Ability to lead project teams; provide mentoring, training, and performance feedback; establish accountability and foster collaboration among team members
- Demonstrated expertise in managing geospatial production workflows to ensure data quality, schedule adherence, budget compliance, and alignment with customer requirements
- Ability to take ownership of deliverables; adaptability and continuous learning in a dynamic production environment
- Demonstrated excellent written and verbal communication skills; ability to effectively communicate with team members, management, and customers; professional presence in client-facing interactions
