Currently, Recro is seeking a motivated, career and customer oriented System Engineer to join our team in Ft. Meade, MD.

Overview/Responsibilities:
- Identity, Credential and Access Management (ICAM) system
- Position will lead a small team of developers to maintain and enhance a Data Dictionary utility and repository
- Responsibilities will include collaboration with internal and external customers to identify and document new requirements; facilitate, decompose, and allocate software tasking ; and coordinate with software development and test teams to ensure proper implementation.
- Will leverage expertise in requirements analysis, system architecture, design, development oversight, process improvement, and testing
- Development, and review, and enhancement of customer-facing and internal technical documentation
Required Qualifications:
- 7+ years of System Engineering experience in programs and contracts of similar scope, type, and complexity.
- Bachelor's degree in System Engineering, Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering Science, Engineering Management, or a related discipline from an accredited college or university is required.
- 5 years of additional SE experience may be substituted for a bachelor's degree for a total of 12+ years.
