Position Summary
Credence has an immediate need for Refugee Operations Analyst. The Refugee Operations Analyst functions as an operational role within the Bureau of Population, Refugees, and Migration (PRM), Office of Refugee Processing (RP), to facilitate the timely processing of caseloads based on PRM's priorities. Working closely with implementors, the Refugee Operations Analyst ensures effective program delivery and adherence to established protocols. This position may entail temporary duty on international assignments in support of refugee processing as requested by PRM.

Position Summary
Credence has an immediate need for Refugee Operations Analyst. The Refugee Operations Analyst functions as an operational role within the Bureau of Population, Refugees, and Migration (PRM), Office of Refugee Processing (RP), to facilitate the timely processing of caseloads based on PRM's priorities. Working closely with implementors, the Refugee Operations Analyst ensures effective program delivery and adherence to established protocols. This position may entail temporary duty on international assignments in support of refugee processing as requested by PRM.
Responsibilities include, but are not limited to the duties listed below
- Contribute to core case processing activities in support of PRM initiatives.
- Leverage existing U.S. Refugee Admissions Program (USRAP) case processing business knowledge in the implementation of programs for prioritized caseloads.
- Review and research case history and eligibility to inform decision-making.
- Perform data entry tasks and quality-control measures in the START ServiceNow application.
- Ensure quality control guidelines are adhered to within the START ServiceNow application and in general case processing.
- Manage pipeline of assigned tasks and responsibilities effectively.
- Respond to unique case processing situations and inquiries.
- Provide regular updates to PRM on project progress, challenges encountered, and proposed solutions to facilitate informed decision-making processes.
- Temporary international duty assignments to refugee processing locations to support processing activities as requested by PRM.
- Undertakes additional tasks and special projects as assigned.
Requirements
- Must be a U.S. Citizen with a Secret security clearance or the ability to obtain one. Candidates with an Active Secret security clearance highly preferred.
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field is required.
- Strong understanding of existing USRAP case processing knowledge.
- Familiarity with USRAP systems, particularly the START application, is highly desirable.
- Ability to analyze data from various tables in START; able to conduct basic root cause analysis to assess why an action occurred in START.
