Active Secret Clearance
working with MILSPEC systems
Hardware engineering experience supporting installs and troubleshooting
Ability to oversee:
Hardware components
Network components
Onsite installations
Troubleshooting for indo‑cabinets
Strong attention to detail
Self‑starter who works well independently and with diverse teams
Experience
5–7 years of relevant experience
Technical Knowledge
MIL‑SPEC connectors
Fiber optics and principles behind their use
Basic Windows OS
Ability to use Microsoft Visio for:
Engineering drawings
Lab and ship layouts
Redlines and updates
Soft Skills
Strong collaboration skills
Able to resolve conflict and drive solutions
Clear communicator with technical and non‑technical stakeholders
Day‑to‑Day Responsibilities
Support cutters by lighting systems off and ensuring proper communication
Oversee and support hardware and network installs
Review and redline engineering drawings
Verify designs against requirements
Work with logistics and hardware lists
Perform analysis when components are unavailable:
Propose alternate solutions
Determine if redesign is required
Provide recommendations to buyers, internal teams, and customers
Participate in requirements reviews and system implementation planning
