• Secret clearance or higher is required
• Able to obtain Security+ certification
• High Level Business Analyst Expertise
• High level experience with a broad experience with the ServiceNow platform and effective in setting a clear vision based on ServiceNow capabilities and industry best practices
• High level experience working with ServiceNow Asset Management modules
• High level experience gathering requirements and developing business processes.
• ServiceNow Certified Implementation Specialist (CIS) a plus
• Agile development cycle
• Experience with process flow documentation creation.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Effective leadership communications and team player (externally /externally)
• Experience gathering requirements and buidling user stories for TSOM and OMT ServiceNow Modules
• Experience designing and developing ServiceNow process flows/workflows
• Effective executive/stakeholder level briefings
