As a Supply Chain Coordinator 2 you will be awarded the opportunity to work across multiple disciplines in support of the E-6B Depot Level Maintenance. Here at PSM (Platform Systems & Modernization) we pride ourselves in support of superior depot repairs and maintenance services serving our nations military. The site has decades of experience in aircraft refurbishment services, modification work, and skilled engineering. The E-6B is a U.S. Navy airborne command post and communicate relay aircraft designed to ensure survivable, endurable communication between national leadership and U.S. strategic forces.
Performing TACAMO (Take Charge and Move Out) mission to connect the president and defense secretary to nuclear-armed ballistic missile submarines, bombers, and missile silos.
Duties as a Supply Chain Coordinator will include but not limited to managing the flow of goods and information, overseeing everything from raw material procurement to final delivery, planning shipments, record retention, generating reports, forklifting, kitting, monitor stock levels, perform cycle counts, expedite inbound/outbound shipments, resolve delivery disruptions, tracking inventory, communicating with vendors, and resolving logistical issues to ensure efficiency and meet flight operation deadlines, acting as a crucial link between technicians, vendors/suppliers, and the global supply chain department.

Primary Level Salary Range: $40,700.00 - $67,900.00
The above salary range represents a general guideline; however, Northrop Grumman considers a number of factors when determining base salary offers such as the scope and responsibilities of the position and the candidate's experience, education, skills and current market conditions.
Depending on the position, employees may be eligible for overtime, shift differential, and a discretionary bonus in addition to base pay. Annual bonuses are designed to reward individual contributions as well as allow employees to share in company results. Employees in Vice President or Director positions may be eligible for Long Term Incentives. In addition, Northrop Grumman provides a variety of benefits including health insurance coverage, life and disability insurance, savings plan, Company paid holidays and paid time off (PTO) for vacation and/or personal business.

- High School Diploma or equivalent.
- A minimum of 2 years of warehousing, Logistics Coordinator, Inventory Analyst, or Operations Associate.
- Proven experience in a supply chain role, preferably in the same industry.
- Strong understanding of supply chain principles and best practices.
- Experience with data analysis tools and techniques.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Ability to work different shifts as required by the program; includes days, nights, weekends.
- Ability to obtain/maintain a clearance if the requirement changes.
Preferred Qualifications:
- 4 or more years of warehousing, Logistics Coordinator, Inventory Analyst, or Operations Associate.
- In-depth knowledge of supply chain processes and trade regulations.
- Proficiency in supply chain management software and tools.
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
- Military experience.
