Flight Sciences Engineer
Program Description:
The NGI program is a cutting-edge initiative aimed at advancing missile defense capabilities. It focuses on developing next-generation interceptors capable of countering evolving threats from hostile adversaries. Led by a collaborative effort between government agencies and defense contractors, the NGI program aims to enhance the reliability, speed, and precision of intercepting incoming threats. With a focus on innovation and adaptability, the NGI program is poised to strengthen national security and protect against emerging missile threats.

Required Skills
Thermal Engineering
Thermal modeling and analysis
Hands-on experience with thermal analysis tools such as SINDA/FLUINT, Thermal Desktop, or equivalent can be considered
Aeronautical Engineering
Proficiency in CFD grid generation and meshing
Experience with CFD preprocessing and solving tools
Demonstrated experience with Loci/CHEM and ANSA
Separation Dynamics Engineer
Extensive demonstrated experience with ADAMS Multibody dynamics software specifically for space separation event analysis
Experience in the planning and execution of separation event testing – deployments, staging, etc.
