- Present consolidated roll-ups and recommendations to senior leaders for approval.

Basic Qualifications:
- A bachelor's degree in an accredited engineering discipline.
- Demonstrated expertise in building precise proposal estimates.
- Solid knowledge of Earned Value Management - comfortable with earned-value metrics, variance analysis, and forecasting tools.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal abilities to partner effectively with program managers, engineers, and functional leaders.
Desired Skills:
- MBA or equivalent advanced business degree.
- Proficient with the APTS proposal estimating tool.
- Technical expertise in Vehicle Systems and Flight Sciences, specifically for F-16 and F-22 platforms.
- Strong budgeting and cost-management experience, including cost estimation, variance analysis, forecasting, and use of Lockheed Martin cost tools.
- Proven leadership of cross-functional teams - staffing, resource allocation, and conflict resolution.
- Knowledge of risk and opportunity management: identifying, assessing, and mitigating cost and schedule impacts.
