Description:
You will be the Reliability Test Engineer for the Reliability Engineering team. Our team ensures that every system we ship meets the toughest durability standards by designing, executing, and validating reliability focused test programs.
What You Will Be Doing
As the Reliability Test Engineer you will be responsible for planning, delivering, and continuously improving a suite of reliability verification activities-including Reliability Demonstration, Accelerated Aging, HALT, and HASS. You will work hand in hand with design, manufacturing, and quality groups to certify that products survive real world stresses.
Your responsibilities will include:
• Develop comprehensive test plans and schedules that align with program milestones.
• Lead formal Test Readiness Reviews (TRRs) to secure stakeholder sign off before execution.
• Execute Reliability Demonstration, Accelerated Aging, HALT, and HASS test campaigns on hardware prototypes and production units.
• Diagnose failures, conduct root cause investigations, and collaborate with cross functional teams to implement corrective actions.
• Capture, analyze, and report test data, delivering clear status updates and detailed test reports to leadership.
• Continuously refine test methodologies and develop new stress screening techniques to shorten cycle time while improving coverage.
• Mentor junior test staff and serve as the technical authority for reliability testing best practices.

MUST BE A U.S. CITIZEN - This position is located at a facility that requires special access. The selected candidate must be able to obtain a secret clearance.
Basic Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Electrical/Electronic Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Aerospace Engineering, or a related technical field (or equivalent work experience)
3-5 + years of hands-on reliability testing experience, including HALT, HASS, accelerated aging, and reliability demonstration testing
Proven ability to develop comprehensive test plans and test procedures in accordance with industry standards (e.g., MIL-STD-810, IEC 60721)
Experience conducting formal Test Readiness Reviews (TRR) and leading test execution teams
Strong troubleshooting and failure analysis skills (root-cause analysis, fault isolation, data interpretation)
Proficiency in test instrumentation and data-acquisition systems (e.g., oscilloscopes, thermal chambers, vibration tables, data loggers)
Ability to generate clear, concise status reports and detailed test reports for cross-functional stakeholders
Knowledge of reliability prediction methods (e.g., Weibull analysis, Arrhenius, Coffin-Manson) and statistical analysis tools (Minitab, JMP, Python/R)
Excellent written and verbal communication skills; capable of presenting findings to engineering leadership and customers
Familiarity with configuration management and documentation control (e.g., PLM, Document Management Systems)
Ability to work safely in a lab environment and adhere to EHS (Environmental, Health, and Safety) protocols
Strong organizational and project-management abilities to prioritize multiple test campaigns and meet schedule commitments.

Proficiency with data-acquisition and analysis tools (e.g., LabVIEW, MATLAB, Python, Minitab, JMP)
Knowledge of reliability prediction models (Weibull, Arrhenius, Coffin-Manson) and statistical analysis techniques
