Description:
You will be the Production Operations Lead - Individual Contributor for the Production Operations Team. Our team is responsible for overseeing hardware manufacturing execution across multiple Lockheed Martin facilities and shaping an operational strategy that delivers affordable, scalable production solutions to enable rapid fielding of the Next-Gen Short-Range Interceptor (NG SRI).

As the Production Operations Lead - Individual Contributor you will be responsible for driving hardware execution to schedule goals, developing and executing production strategies, and transitioning plans into full-scale production.

MUST BE A U.S. CITIZEN - This position is located at a facility that requires special access. The selected candidate must be able to obtain a secret clearance. A company-sponsored interim secret clearance is required to start.
Basic Qualifications:
- Bachelors Degree from an accredited college
- Candidate must have an Interim Secret clearance to start
- Production Site or Manufacturing experience
- Experience with SAP / ERP systems
- Possess appropriate business acumen to successfully present cases to variety of internal customers
- Demonstrated skills in team building and leading through influence, as the position requires cross functional interactions on a daily basis
- Experience with Ops management
- Willingness to travel 20% of the time
Desired Skills:
- Good written and verbal communication skills
- Experience managing and contributing to affordability initiatives
- Results oriented behavior
- Clear understanding of LM production processes
- Advanced engineering/technical or business related degree
- Transition to Production / development experience
- Cost Account Management (CAM) experience

Schedules range from standard 40 hours over a five day work week while others may be condensed. These condensed schedules provide employees with additional time away from the office and are in addition to our Paid Time off benefits.
Schedule for this Position: 4x10 hour day, 3 days off per week
