Overview
We are seeking a Systems Administrator to join our team supporting the Defense Threat Reduction Agency at their Fort Belvoir, VA location.

The NE-MA Senior System Administrator will be responsible for providing IT operational services in direct support of NE-MA mission. This position will support technical, logistical, and administrative support to all directorates under NE-MA. Additionally, NE-MA IT Staff will interface and collaborate with IT2S, ISSM, and ISSO to ensure NE-MA IT Operations, and Systems are security compliant and meet all applicable DOD information security requirements. Candidates must possess related computing environment certification and meet DOD 8570 requirements for position held.

RESPONSIBILITIES
- Provide support for hardware, software, and network-related issues.
- Provide Tier I & Tier II troubleshooting support
- Hardware installations (workstation set-ups/moves)
- Troubleshoot and resolve incidents using ServiceNow ITSM tools.
- Configure, deploy, and maintain Flyaway Kits classified/unclassified capabilities for users.
- Maintain PACSTAR router configuration
- Multifunctional device (MFD) printer troubleshooting
- Software maintenance, updates, & patching
- Microsoft O365 administration and support
- Perform computer imaging and deployment using standardized processes and tools.
- Manage user accounts, permissions, and group policies in Active Directory.
- Support virtualization technologies (e.g., VMware, Hyper-V) for server and desktop environments.
- Conduct vulnerability assessments using Tenable tools and remediate findings.
- Ensure systems comply with STIG (Security Technical Implementation Guide) standards.
- Maintain secure IT environments in accordance with DoD and organizational policies.
- Maintain and update SharePoint sites for team collaboration and documentation.
- Create and maintain technical documentation, including SOPs and knowledge base articles.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement IT solutions and improve processes.
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS
- Top-Secret clearance required with SCI or SCI eligibility.
- DoD 8570 Level II or III compliant certification and computing environment certifications required.
- Five (5) or more years of experience.
